Ways of working

Practice

Ways of working are the habits, structures, tools, and assumptions through which a team turns intention into action.

I help teams make those patterns visible, understand what enables or constrains their work, and introduce practical experiments they can evaluate and adapt. The aim is not dependence on a prescribed framework, but greater shared understanding and the ability to keep learning as conditions change.

This practice grows from introducing new ways of working in leadership roles at Arc Worldwide and Leo Burnett, SalesCandy, and Onepoint. I am developing it further through independent inquiries into co-creativity and Steiner-informed organisational development, alongside collaborations such as my work as an Integral Consultant at Antara Methods.
