Food as a practice of attention

Taste, texture, timing, and making

Food is more than sustenance—it is a practice of attention, connection, and craft.

Whether exploring traditional techniques, experimenting with flavours, or sharing meals with others, I see food as an extension of the same curiosity that drives my work in art, technology, and facilitation.

It is another way to investigate the world: through taste, texture, timing, and the people gathered around the table. Making is a way of knowing, and so is cooking.
