Unlocking Co-creative Teams
I’m developing a Design Thinking training programme: Unlocking Co-creative Teams for Learning Organisations. The interest is in what teams carry into their everyday work after the workshop ends.
Why this interests me now
A group can have plenty of ideas and still struggle to learn together. I want to explore the conditions that help people listen across differences, understand a situation, make something tangible, and use feedback to decide what comes next.
Theatre, creative agencies, and agile teams give me different ways into that question. Each involves people making something together under real constraints. I want the programme to connect a user-centric process with the practical habits that let a team keep experimenting.
Questions I’m exploring
- How can teams begin with people’s experience before jumping to solutions?
- What helps quieter perspectives become part of a shared understanding?
- How can a prototype become an opportunity for collective learning?
- What routines help a team continue reflecting and experimenting after training?
What I’m bringing to it
My starting materials are facilitation, creative production, technology leadership, and my training background. I’m exploring a programme in which participants can work on a meaningful question, make their thinking visible, and practise learning together.
